Check out this Alpine Club Avalanche Transceiver Test Chart. The chart and full report (be patient, takes long time to upload) are in German, which I don’t speak, but the results are displayed in the chart with different colors (very good, good, acceptable, problematic, deficient), which helps my little brain absorb all the information. The results are very interesting and it seems as though the Peips DSP and Ortovox S1 gave the best results for the test, with the DSP seemingly being their favorite.

Still no luck for me on two different computers.
Worked for me on The Kitty’s computer. Give it time…it’s a big file…and opens with Adobe.
