first aid?
Good vid, gives me ideas for my own pack.
mike…not really. i guess the duct tape is a start.
here in montucky, where access often involves miles of forested skinning i like to carry fire starter, just some vasoline on a cotton ball. only used it once so far, but it sure was nice and weighs nothing.
interested on ur take on the roland fleck incident….
climbupskidown…yeah, i carried that stuff when i was on SAR, but it seems like it’d be easy enough to just torch a dead beetle kill tree. seems like a good way to draw attention to yourself in an emergency situation as well.
pamida…refresh my memory…re: roland fleck incident.
pamida…just read the article…

i’d say roland should have listened to the patrollers. most locals know that you aren’t allowed to skin up the resort…especially during operation hours. i have heard that the village might start allowing uphill traffic, most likely before the resort opens though. not sure how reliable this info is though.
I supplement my first aid duct tape with a small, lightweight package of quick-clot-like the troops carry in afghanistan- just in case…
Glaucoma medication?
Funny lucius. Ty…good call. We sell that stuff at the shop.
Lucious bet me to it
