I usually get my workout in by skinning, boot-packing or running, but sometimes time is limited and you have to do what you can to stay fit and get a workout in. hey steve, doesnt running hurt your knees? while it probably isn’t as bad as in bounds mogul pounding, i feel that running would shorten my ski career.
ty…at times, yes, my knees hurt when i running…but not all the time. i figure there is always a little hut on a beach and surfing in mexico when my kness do finally go.
