It’s 7 AM and I’m just getting home from an all night TCSAR rescue way the #*@! back in the Gros Ventre Wilderness. Two hunters flipped their 4-wheeler on steroids and are lucky to be alive. I’m pretty tired right now, so I’m just gonna list some words that come to my mind.
Dark, Cold, Hungry, Wet, Dumbass, Handcuffs, Blizzard, Snow, Mud, Thirsty, Charges, River, Pizza!
Anyway…good morning…and good night!!!!!!!
Handcuffs? A little hunter bondage going on out there?
assuming he’s talking about the 4 wheeler in the wilderness. so what kind of ticket do they get for using the 4wheeler back there?
Wish I could say I was surprised. Funny, today’s JH Daily ran a column written by a guy from Oregon about irresponsible ATV use, especially by hunters. Sorry the SAR guys had to suffer out there-it was cold last night!
Sorry…not completely accurate there. The Gros Ventre Range in the Teton National Forest.
Actually…the handcuffs had something to so with the large quantities of a controlled substance (and not the kind that grows on trees) in their possession and driving under the influence.
Steve-
Once again TCSAR does what they do BEST; help the ones in need! I was on days off in Cody and when getting back to GTNP I heard all about this call-out.
Good job to all and glad everyone was safe in the all night adventure.
